Returning Merchandise

Customer service sometimes means doing what you can to keep your customers happy. Occasionally, you may come across a product that does not work or is damaged. Follow these steps to help take care of your customer as quickly as possible.
Steps for an RMA
  1. Get the product back from your customer. Make sure all the parts and original packaging are included.
  2. Print out a RMA Form. You can  find this form on your Consultant Online Office under Training Center >Customer Care.
  3. Email rma@pureromance.com with the following information - Your name, consultant ID, product name, order number, order date, and a general description of the problem. They will send you back an RMA number that you will need to enter on the form.  
  4. Send the product and form back to                                                                                Attention: Returns

  5. Once corporate receives and processes your return, they will add your replacement product to your next corporate order.  
Key Notes
  • The RMA number you receive from corporate is only valid for 15 DAYS. You must send in your return within 15 days of getting your RMA number to receive your replacement product.
  • Make sure when you are filling out the RMA form that you complete the circled part shown ENTIRELY.
  • Keep in mind there is a time limit on RMAs. The time limit from your order date is based on the retail value of the item.
